About the Class
This 1000-level course introduces you to the study of human communication in all of its complexity and variety. The textbook presents topics representing the undergraduate Speech major, including interpersonal communication, political communication, group decision-making, visual messages and many more. This course asks questions about the nature and practice of human communication– it examines both theories of human communication and their practical application.
